Informants
Be a concerned person. Speak up safely.
If something at work is not right — short deliveries, falsified records, commissions and kickbacks, unsafe working conditions — you can raise it here in confidence. Where what you share helps the company, it is recognised with a reward.
How it works
1. Register with Discord below, and share enough about yourself that we can verify what you send and arrange your reward.
2. Send what you know as a direct message to Informant Agent on Discord.
3. Our staff review and verify it. Once confirmed, payment follows by GCash or bank transfer.
Your confidentiality
The staff who look into your information never see who you are. They see a reference code, not a name. Your identity, your employer and your payment details are visible to management alone, and every request to unseal them is recorded.
How rewards are decided
We are not able to reward every report. Information that cannot be verified, or that is already known to us, may not qualify. Where a reward is due, the amount is determined by management, case by case, in proportion to how much the information helps.
We ask Discord only for your account name and id — nothing else, and we do not keep the access token.
